Contacting usYou can telephone Cogwheel at any time. If you ring during normal office hours you will be able to speak to someone in person. If you ring at other times, you will hear a recorded message and will need to leave a contact number for us to call you back. We aim to offer an initial consultation with a counsellor within a week of your call. If you then feel that what we offer is what you need, you will be referred to a counsellor with particular experience or training to suit you. While Cogwheel is a charity and receives contribution moneys from the community, we are also dependent upon client contributions and, therefore, ask clients to contribute toward the cost of each session, including the initial consultation appointment. We suggest that the contribution amount should reflect annual family income. Subject to availability we offer a number of assisted places to those in particular need.
