Mental health affects us all
Mental ill health is estimated to cost the national economy 91 million lost working days each year, more than any other illness. Cogwheel plays a significant role locally in helping people back to work and regain control and self-esteem in their lives ………..“When I first arrived at Cogwheel I was at rock bottom, struggling to keep my head above water and afraid of how dark things had become. It took me a while to open up but as soon as I did my life began to change. I began to change.” Here at Cogwheel our statistics show that over 50% of our clients feel that their work situation has improved following counselling.
