Our remote counselling service is in high demand and you may need to wait for a few week for an appointment. There are several other organisations who can offer you support online or over the phone while you are waiting.
Most of our assessments happen over Zoom, however we do understand that not everybody has the tech equipment needed for this. Just let us know if you need to have your assessment over the phone instead.
