Our remote counselling service is in high demand and you may need to wait for up to six weeks for an appointment. There are several other organisations who can offer you support online or over the phone while you are waiting.
We will email you as soon as an assessment appointment is available. If you are able to meet with your counsellor via the videoconferencing platform Zoom. This is the preferred method since it is most similar to face-to-face counselling. However we do understand that not everybody has the IT equipment needed for this. Let us know if you will need to have your assessment session over the phone instead.
Cogwheel has a dedicated IT support officer who is on hand to help you with any technical issues related to your sessions. Just let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need IT assistance and would like to arrange a call-back.
