The six-week Hope Again programme is open to all who are living with loss. During the six weeks of the programme there will be an opportunity to think about the bereavement journey; health issues; looking after yourself; socialising; and moving on. Above all, Hope Again offers a chance to relax with people in similar circumstances. You might even find time to smile again. Some people bring a friend or family member with them for support. But, of course, you are welcome to attend by yourself.
