Register with Cogwheel

To register for counselling sessions with Cogwheel, please book a short registration call with our Admin Team.

The purpose of this call is to give you a better idea about how counselling with Cogwheel works, to talk about waiting times, next steps, and agree an affordable contribution rate for your sessions. Please click here to view our guide to contributions.

To book your registration call, you will be asked:

  • A few questions about what you need support with
  • To complete a multiple-choice questionnaire about how you have been feeling
  • Your GP details
  • Your contact details

This should take around 10–15 minutes.

Our online registration process requires a mobile phone number and email address – if you do not have a mobile phone and/or email address, please call our office on 01223 464 385 and we will assist you with the registration process.
