Registration now open for the Cogwheel Canter Running Festival

Registration is officially open for the Cogwheel Canter Running Festival, taking place on 31 December at Girton Recreation Ground.

The festival offers a range of off-road routes suitable for all ages and abilities, including 200m and 500m toddler mini-runs, as well as 2k, 5k and 10k races for older children and adults. It’s a family-friendly way to end the year while supporting local mental health services.

Race entry fees

Cogwheel 10k Canter
£16 online / £19 on the day
All runners will receive a medal.

Cogwheel 5k Canter
£11 online / £14 on the day
All runners will receive a medal.

Cogwheel 2k Canter
£6 on the day
Runners aged 12 and under will receive a medal.

Cogwheel 500m Mini Fun Run
£4 on the day
Runners aged 12 and under will receive a medal.

200m Toddler Mini Sprint
£3 registration, from 9.15am on the day
All entrants will receive a medal.

Funds raised from the festival help Cogwheel continue providing affordable counselling to people across Cambridgeshire who would otherwise be unable to access support.
