Running your heart out for Cogwheel

Local keen runner Abi Davies set herself two targets of running 100 miles in the first ten days of March and raising £500 for Cogwheel.

Not only did she run 100 miles, Abi also smashed her £500 target, raising £615 for the charity.

Abi not surprisingly found it pretty gruelling, especially running 23 miles in one day.

Abi explains why she chose Cogwheel:

“I am aware that so many local people are struggling through the pandemic and Cogwheel can help make a difference to some through providing affordable counselling. My thanks to all those who sponsored me.”
